5. Shipping & Delivery (Sales)

- Timeframes: We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
- Risk: Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds (Sales)

- Cooling-Off Period (Online Sales): For Products purchased online, you typically have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (distance selling regulations). Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exclusions: This cooling-off period may not apply to certain items (e.g., software, personalised goods, items sealed for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed).
- Refurbished Goods: Refurbished goods are sold with clear descriptions of their condition and are covered by our warranty (see specific warranty terms if provided separately) and your statutory rights.

7. Repair Services
- Diagnosis & Quotes: We offer diagnostic services to identify faults. A quote for the repair will be provided before work commences. Quotes are typically valid for 14 days. There may be a diagnostic fee if you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, which will be communicated beforehand ('No fix, no fee' applies only if a repair is attempted but unsuccessful, not for diagnostics alone).
- Turnaround Time: Estimated repair times are approximate and may vary depending on parts availability and complexity. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
- Data Loss: It is your responsibility to back up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. We are not liable for any loss of data, software, or applications during the repair process.
- Repair Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on our Repair Services, covering the specific parts replaced and the labour associated with that repair. This warranty does not cover:
- Faults unrelated to the original repair.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage, or tampering after the repair.
- Software issues unrelated to the repair.
- Pre-existing or intermittent faults not diagnosed during the initial assessment.
- Unclaimed Devices: Devices left unclaimed for 60 days after notification of completion or non-repairability may be disposed of or recycled. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before doing so.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urmston Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our liability for direct damages related to Products purchased shall be limited to the purchase price of those Products. Our liability for direct damages related to Repair Services shall be limited to the cost of the specific Repair Service provided.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
9. User Accounts (If Applicable)
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
